Delicious Breakfast Options

I was really impressed with the breakfast selection at Hanoi City Hostel. There were several options for cooked breakfast, along with a buffet of fruits, pancakes, and toast with jam. The staff even prepared breakfast for me to take when I had an early morning trip to Sapa. Such thoughtful service!

Spacious and Comfortable Room

Well-Equipped Bathroom

The bathroom in my Superior Double Room at Hanoi Sofia Hotel was really well-equipped. Everything worked perfectly, and the toiletries provided were nice to use. I appreciated that the bathroom had good ventilation and was cleaned daily.

Comfy Beds in Great Rooms

I found the bed in my room at Hanoi City Hostel to be incredibly comfortable. Even though I found the pillows a little firm, I slept well every night after our adventures around the city. The room was also spacious and bright, which I really liked.

Our stay was quite disappointing unfortunately. The room looked completely different from what was advertised. There was noticeable neglect in maintenance, and we faced issues with parking and communication from the staff. On a positive note, we appreciated the price and found a better place nearby, so it wasn’t all bad.

I truly enjoyed my time at Hanoi City Hostel! The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Old Quarter, and the spacious, clean rooms made my stay comfortable. The staff, especially Anna and Katherine, were incredibly helpful with planning tours and providing recommendations. However, I did face a few hiccups with the airport pickup, which took longer than expected.
